Pindrop lets your team and your clients comment directly on Figma prototypes and live websites. No accounts for your clients, a simple shared link works. The technical context is captured automatically. They don't see it happening, but you get to see everything.
Works with
We built Pindrop because existing feedback tools get complex very fast, are too expensive, or both. Here's what you get.
Your clients click where the issue is, type what's wrong, and move on. Comments are anchored to exact coordinates on the prototype. No more guessing which button they meant.
Install the Chrome extension and review any live website. Same pin-and-comment experience, same Teamwork sync. From staging to production.
Everyone sees every comment as it's posted. Reply in threads, resolve issues, and filter by author or status.
Share a link, that's it. Your clients open it, type their name, and start commenting. No sign-up, no password, no onboarding friction.
Define the categories that make sense for your project: Bug, Copy, Layout, whatever you need. Your reviewers pick a tag when commenting, your team filters and triages in seconds.
Every comment captures a screenshot, the browser viewport, the exact URL, and the device context. Your client doesn't see any of it — but your team gets everything they need to act.
Paste your Figma Make prototype URL (or any website URL), give the review session a name, and optionally set an access code. Takes about 15 seconds.
Send them the review link. They open it, type their name, and start dropping pins. No sign-up, no downloads, no tutorials. The interface is dead simple, designed for people who don't live in Figma.
Every comment automatically becomes a task in your Teamwork task list, with screenshots, author tags, pin coordinates, and page context. Your team gets everything they need without leaving their project management tool.
Honest answer: we haven't figured out pricing yet. Pindrop is free during early access, and we want to get it right before putting a number on it.
What would you pay for Pindrop?
In the meantime, and you'll be the first to know.
Pindrop is a visual feedback tool for prototypes and live websites. Your clients drop pins where they see issues, type what's wrong, and you receive structured feedback in Teamwork — complete with screenshots and coordinates.
No. They open the link, type their name, and start commenting. That's the entire onboarding. No email, no password, no OAuth dance.
Proto mode loads Figma prototypes in an iframe. Live mode uses a Chrome extension to overlay pins on any live website. Same feedback experience, two different contexts.
Not yet. Teamwork is the only integration right now, but Jira, Asana, Linear, and Slack are on the roadmap. We're building integrations based on what users actually need.
Yes, during early access. We haven't finalized pricing yet — join the waitlist to lock in early access and have a say in what pricing looks like.
Most feedback tools either require your clients to create an account, only work on live websites, or are designed for QA teams rather than client reviews. Pindrop is built for the specific moment when a non-technical client needs to point at something on a screen and say what's wrong. No account needed — a shared link is enough. It works on both Figma prototypes and live websites in the same workflow. And the technical context (screenshot, viewport, URL, device) is captured silently, so your client never has to think about it while your team gets everything they need.
Yes. Reviewers stay anonymous — they only provide a display name, no email or account required. All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with row-level security policies. Screenshots are transmitted directly to your project management tool, not stored on our servers. Admin authentication uses Google OAuth restricted to authorized domains. The Chrome extension only activates on URLs matching an active review session and never tracks browsing activity. We comply with GDPR and Quebec's Loi 25.

Pindrop is free during early access. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it's your turn.
We'll only email you about Pindrop. No spam, no newsletters, no "thought leadership."
